Account / Billing
When you set up your Podcastpage account, you automatically get a 14-day free trial!You're free to try out the platform during those 14 days, or upgrade at any point during the trial if you're ready to go.
You can access your account and billing settings by clicking the "My Account" button in the lower left corner of your dashboard.
You can change your password via your account page. If you need to change your email or delete your account, please contact us directly.
The "Billing" page contains information about your current subscription, your next billing date and amount, as well as all previous invoices.
The "Plans" page includes all the different plans you can choose from, whether it is for upgrading from the free trial or moving between plans or billing cycles. You can always upgrade/downgrade your plan, or change the billing cycle (from monthly to yearly or vice versa) and it'll be prorated and calculated accordingly.
To cancel your subscription, simply click the "Cancel Account" button and follow the instructions.
