This article covers common billing and payment questions. We'll also include a summary of our available plans.

Note: All amounts shown are in U.S. Dollars (USD). We also charge additional tax or VAT, when applicable as required by law. (depending on your location and billing address)

We offer 2 different base plans you can choose from:

  1. Podcaster - Includes a full website, 1 podcast, unlimited episodes, unlimited pages and blog posts, 1 additional team member, and standard integrations.
  2. Business - Includes everything available on the Podcaster plan, plus - multiple podcasts/shows on each website, pro integrations, 3 team members per site, a built-in website analytics dashboard, AI text writer, popup builder, and more.

Each plan includes one website by default, but you can upgrade your account to include multiple websites (20+ sites) if needed. Note that the "Business" plan comes with 50 podcasts (shows) per site, but you can bump that to 250, 500 and even 1,000 if you need. (contact us for more info)


With each subscription plan, you have the option of choosing between a monthly or an annual subscription. You can save up to 20% by subscribing annually rather than monthly.


You can easily change plans in your dashboard. Price differences are always pro-rated. If you are in the middle of your billing cycle, you will only be charged the difference between the initial plan and the new one. Note - When you switch plans, any additional charge is immediate - so only change those when you're ready.

Custom Plans

If you require more than just the average user, then we offer an "Enterprise" plan tailored to your needs. Let us know if you need a custom plan tailored towards your needs, our team would love to assist and share more info about pricing and custom plans.

Legacy Plans

In the past, several older paid tiers were offered - Personal, Podcast Network, and Enterprise. These plans are no longer supported. If you're still subscribed to one of the above plans, you can keep using those forever or upgrade to one of the newer plans to enjoy the latest features.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a free trial period?
Yes, you can try Podcastpage for free for 14 days without any commitment.
In your trial, you'll have access to the entire platform, so you can start building your website, explore the different features, and make the most of it before publishing. The free trial begins as soon as you create an account with Podcastpage.
Do you offer any discounts?

If you pay for a year upfront on an annual subscription, you'll receive a discount of up to 20%. The discount is automatically applied when you pay for the annual plan, compared to the monthly subscription. 

Would I have to pay additional tax or VAT?

Depending on where you reside, there may be an additional charge according to your country/state laws. This is handled automatically by our payment gateway partner so you don't have to do anything else.

In case you have a tax-exempt number or VAT number, you can introduce it during checkout to avoid the tax.

How do I update my credit card information?

Payment details can be easily edited under the "Account > Billing" section. By clicking on the "Update Payment Info" button, you can add your new card.

Can I upgrade my plan as needed?

Sure. After signing up for any plan, you can upgrade, downgrade, change the billing duration, etc. You will only be billed if the price changes, and we will prorate your previous payments.

How can I pay?

Payments can be made via Credit Card & PayPal within the app. In some locations, you can use Amazon Pay or Apple Pay as well. Once you’re logged in, check your billing page under “My Account” to finalize your subscription.

Can I get a refund?

The most important thing to us is that you're satisfied with our platform and service. Feel free to reach out if you have any specific questions, but here's a quick overview -


You can cancel your current plan at any time - once canceled, your plan and site would still work until the end of the billing period.

There are no refunds on monthly subscriptions. We do understand that there are exceptions, so if you forgot to cancel or have any questions - we'd be happy to review your case. 


Annual plans can be refunded during the first week of your subscription. There are no refunds beyond that timeframe and you cannot get a partial refund several months into an annual plan.
