Creating a Website

Creating new websites on Podcastpage is quick and easy. You can create your first website (or multiple new websites if your plan supports it) in just a few clicks then add your podcast and choose a theme in just under a minute.

If you haven't added a site already, you can add your first site after logging in by clicking on the "Add Site" button:

When you start creating your site, you'll have to follow a few quick steps in our setup wizard to get it set up and running -

  1. First, you'll have to pick a name for the site - that's mainly for your own reference, but it will also be used for your Podcastpage sub-domain. So if, for example, your podcast name is 'The Daily Show', your sub-domain will be ''. You can always change the sub-domain later on in the 'Domains' tab, but the name stays with the site for your own reference within the admin panel.
  2. Then, you can connect/import your podcast. You can choose between searching the podcast from a database or manually adding the RSS feed URL. If you don't have your podcast or feed yet, you can also choose to start with a blank feed and customize the site in the meantime. Just click on the link below the large 'Import Podcast' button.
  3. Lastly, you'll be prompted to choose a theme - this is a set of layout/style settings that would affect the appearance of your site. You can always change that later as well, via the 'General Settings' panel under the 'Customization' tab.

Now that the new site is created, you can start customizing and editing various areas around it, integrate with 3rd party tools like Twitter and much more.
